Simply put, an excellent choice.
We have been coming here 5 years now, when we drive to Latvia and every time it is a wonderful experience, the owners are always a pleasure to talk to, and the food is wonderful, the duck here is just exquisite. And I would recommend the spring rolls. The atmosphere is also great, every year I get to meet that sane fish in the fishtank (picture below) I think he is older than me, haha.
Anyway, I truly recommend this spot, I really can't understand the bad reviews.

We stopped in for lunch during the week. The service is very friendly and careful. The food was fresh, tasty, very plentiful and, including the starter soup, cost less than €10. Value for money 5 stars, we'll be back!

Leider Tische waren so dreckig und zu viel Staub, siracha hat schon geschimmelt. Aber freundliche Personal.

Unfortunately, the tables were so dirty and dusty that the siracha was already moldy. But the staff was friendly.
